Wanda Wagner has more than 25 years of corporate training experience in the education sector in both traditional and online learning environments, including three years of teaching experience at the graduate level. She has developed and taught courses in the areas of educational technology, universal design for learning, environmental scanning, learning communities, and innovation theory and process. Wagner’s research has focused on adult online learning best practices, universal design for learning, evidence-based management, and social networking, among others.
Rick Milter is a native of Cleveland, Ohio, and currently lives in Baltimore, Maryland. In addition to being an adjunct professor in UMUC's Doctor of Management program, Milter is professor at the Johns Hopkins Carey Business School.

Jennifer L.W. Thompson teaches courses in introductory psychology, research methods, human sexuality, memory and cognition, counseling psychology, clinical psychology, and senior seminar.
